How to choose how address suggestions work
Where: Settings › Default Settings › Auto search
- Click your profile picture, then Settings, and open Default Settings.
- Turn on Auto search.
- Choose what the suggestions should match in the list next to it.
- Under Also search in, turn on Global Address Book and Admin Address Book if you want them included.
When to use it
Rohit works in a large company and often needs to mail people he has never written to. He sets suggestions to match Job Title and includes the Global Address Book, so typing "CFO" in To finds the right person.
