How to set up your email signature
Where: Settings › Signature
- Click your profile picture, then Settings, and open Signature.
- Under Name, choose Official, Personal or Other.
- Write the signature in the editor. Use Insert Image In Signature to add a logo.
- Tick Set as active signature, and Add signature to all messages as default if you want it on every mail.

When to use it
Priya, a consultant at example.in, keeps a formal Official signature with the company logo and phone numbers for clients, and a short Personal one for colleagues. She switches the active one when she needs to.
Options
| Option | What it does |

| Set as active signature | Makes this signature the one used in new mails. |
| Add signature to all messages as default | Adds the active signature to every new mail automatically. |
Good to know
- You can still edit or remove the signature in a single mail before you send it.
