Example
During the move of acme.in from an old server to XgenPlus, Rohit keeps this page open. The Running box shows 40 mailboxes. He clicks + on Meera's row, sees that the Sent Items folder has errors, and asks her to check the old password. When all rows read Completed, he deletes the records to clean the list.
Good to know
- Migrations appear here when users or admins set up a mail import from another server.
- Only server administrators can delete migration records.
- The percentage bars refresh when you open the page, change page, or click a refresh icon.
Common questions
What does Unknown mean?
The migration's status could not be read as pending, running, completed or failed. Open its folder progress and click Refresh to check again.
