Good to know

  • The domain name is required for every report type.
  • Reports are Excel files, so you need a spreadsheet program to open them.
  • Deleting a file in History cannot be undone.
  • Domain administrators have a similar page limited to their own domain.

Common questions

Why does it say my file is in the queue?

The report is prepared in the background. Wait a few moments, then click History. Files made today appear in bold.

Why do I get "Please validate domain name"?

Type the full domain name, for example acme.in, and click the magnifier button beside it. Search works only after the tick appears.
