Save a mail as an image

To save a mail as a picture, open it, click the printer icon, and in the PREVIEW MAIL window click Convert as Image. XgenPlus turns the mail into an image file you can save, keep on your phone or share. The image looks like the print preview, including headers.

How to save a mail as an image

  1. Open the mail.
  2. Click the printer icon in the header.
  3. In PREVIEW MAIL, click Convert as Image.
  4. Save the image.

When to use it

Rohit, a field officer, saves the dispatch confirmation mail as an image on his phone, so he can show it at the warehouse gate where there is no signal.

Good to know

  • If the sender restricted printing, the print preview, and so Convert as Image, is not available.
