Read a mail full screen

To read a mail full screen, open it and click the expand (full view) icon at the top right of the header, next to Print. The mail opens in Full Comfort View with Print, Reply, ReplyAll and Forward buttons. Close the view to return to your mailbox. It is not available for encrypted or rights-restricted mails.

How to read a mail full screen

  1. Open the mail.
  2. Click the expand (full view) icon at the top right of the header, next to Print.
  3. Read the mail, and use Print, Reply, ReplyAll or Forward if you need to.
  4. Close the view to go back.

When to use it

Rohit has a long contract negotiation mail to review on his laptop. He opens it in Full Comfort View, reads it without the folder list and mail list around it, then clicks Reply right there.

Good to know

  • Links in Full Comfort View are still checked by the link security alert, if your organisation uses it.
  • The icon is hidden for mails in Trash, encrypted mails and mails the sender restricted.
