When to use it
Anita's mailbox at example.in is nearly full. An old monitoring system sent her 4,200 alert mails over two years. She selects one alert, opens Bulk Delete, searches and deletes all 4,200 in one go.
Good to know
- Bulk Delete works on your own folders only. Shared folders and archive search are not included.
- You see how many mails match and their total size before anything is deleted, so you can check the search first.
- If your administrator has switched off deleting for your account, Bulk Delete is not available.
