Preview a file without downloading
To preview a file, open Storage and click the file name, or select it and press Space. The file opens in a large viewer in your browser. Pictures, video, audio, PDFs and Office documents all open this way. Use the floating panel to download, send, move or close it, or to switch an Office file to edit mode.

How to preview a file without downloading
- Open Storage and find the file.
- Click the file name, or select it and press Space.
- Use the floating panel to Download, Send, Move or close the viewer.
- For a Word, Excel or PowerPoint file, click Edit to start editing.
When to use it
Rohit in procurement previews a vendor's quotation spreadsheet in Storage on a shared office PC, so no copy is left on that computer.

Good to know
- Edit appears only when your administrator has turned on Office editing for you.
