Sign out of XgenPlus
To sign out, click your profile picture at the top right and choose Logout. If you have mails marked as deleted, XgenPlus first asks whether to move them to Trash, delete them permanently, or leave them as they are. Pick one and the session ends. Always sign out on a shared computer.

How to sign out of xgenplus
- Click your profile picture at the top right.
- Click Logout.
- If asked about mails marked as deleted, choose to move them to Trash, delete them permanently, or None.

When to use it
Sanjay uses "Mark as delete" all day so he can change his mind. At the end of the day he signs out and moves all the marked mails to Trash in one go.
Good to know
- Choosing None keeps the marked mails exactly as they are for your next session.
- Signing out in one browser does not sign you out on other devices. Check where you are signed in from the profile menu.
Common questions
Why does XgenPlus ask about deleted mails when I sign out?
Your On delete setting is Mark as delete, so deleted mails stay in place with a mark. Sign-out is a convenient moment to clear them all at once.
