See where your account is signed in

To see where your account is open, click your profile picture at the top right. If it is in use elsewhere, you see Currently being used in N other location. Click it to open Activity on this account, which lists each access type, location or IP address and the date and time. Change your password if something looks wrong.

How to see where your account is signed in

  1. Click your profile picture at the top right.
  2. Click Currently being used in N other location.
  3. Read the Activity on this account table.
  4. If you do not recognise an entry, change your password and tell your administrator.

When to use it

Harish notices his account is in use in one other location while he is at his desk. The activity table shows an IP he does not know, so he changes his password at once.

Good to know

  • Times are shown in your own time zone.
  • To close other sessions automatically, switch off Allow Multiple Login.

Common questions

I don't see the "other location" line. Is that normal?

Yes. It appears only when your account is open somewhere other than this browser.
