Unsubscribe from newsletters

To unsubscribe, open the newsletter and click Unsubscribe next to the date. XgenPlus sends the unsubscribe request for you, or opens the sender's unsubscribe page, and confirms when it is done. In your Inbox, click the Subscriptions chip, hover over a newsletter and click Unsubscribe to clean up many lists quickly.

How to unsubscribe from newsletters

  1. Open the newsletter.
  2. Click Unsubscribe next to the date and confirm.
  3. Or, in Inbox, click the Subscriptions chip, hover over a mail and click Unsubscribe.

Meera at example.in gets daily offers from five vendors she no longer works with. She opens the Subscriptions view and unsubscribes from all five in a couple of minutes.

Good to know

  • Depending on the newsletter, XgenPlus either sends the unsubscribe mail for you or opens the sender's unsubscribe page.
  • After you use it, the Unsubscribe link disappears from that mail.
  • Mails already received stay in your mailbox. Delete them separately.

Common questions

Why is there no Unsubscribe link on some mails?

The link appears only when the sender includes a standard unsubscribe address in the mail. For other unwanted mail, use Block.

Where is the Subscriptions chip?

The Subscriptions tag exists by default and appears with your other tag chips in the Inbox. You can also unsubscribe from each open mail.
