Move a mail out of Spam-Promo

To get a genuine mail out of spam, open the Spam-Promo folder, tick the mail and click Not Spam in the toolbar. XgenPlus moves it back to your Inbox. Check Spam-Promo now and then for missed bank, OTP or customer mails.

How to move a mail out of spam-promo

  1. Open the Spam-Promo folder.
  2. Tick the mails that are not spam.
  3. Click Not Spam. The mails move to your Inbox.

When to use it

Rohit is waiting for a statement from his bank and cannot find it. He opens Spam-Promo, finds the mail there, ticks it and clicks Not Spam.

Good to know

  • Not Spam appears only in the Spam-Promo folder.
  • If mail from a trusted sender keeps landing in Spam-Promo, check your antispam preference or your rules.
