Apply domain options to all users
To copy domain settings to existing users, open Edit Domain, click the Option tab, change your options, switch on Apply To All Users and click View / Save Changes, then Save. The switch turns off again after each save. It works in the background, so large domains take a moment.

- the address book switches and the extra domain list
- the services allowed (the Start / Stop switches)
- daily incoming, outgoing and data limits, attachment size and recipient limit
- disallowed attachment types and both BCC settings
- hide attachment, multiple from-id and advance forwarding
- the domain name allowed for sending, the time zone and the right click menu
- the dark mode theme
- the dual authentication choice, for users with an alternate email or a mobile number saved
Good to know
- If Allow sending mails only to Global and Admin Address Book is on, forwarding rules of all users are deleted. A message warns you before you confirm.
- Only user accounts that read mail on XgenPlus are changed.
- It is not shown to billing administrators.
Common questions
Is there a simpler way to update individual users?
