Common questions
Can I change the domain totals?
No. Mailbox Size (GB), Secure Quota (GB), the daily mail and data totals, Max Attachment Size (MB) and Max Outgoing-Mail Recipient(s) are read-only for you. Ask your server administrator.
Do the defaults change existing users?
Not by themselves. Switch on Apply To All Users before saving to copy the daily limits, attachment size and recipient limit to existing users.
