Add holidays to the office calendar
To add a holiday, open Manage Server › Server Holiday, pick the Date of Holiday, type the Name of Holiday, leave Domain Name empty for all domains or enter one domain, and click Save. Use the Server Holiday and Domain Holiday buttons to see, edit or remove holidays.
How to add holidays to the office calendar
Where: Admin console › Manage Server › Server Holiday
- Open Manage Server › Server Holiday.
- Pick Date of Holiday from the calendar and type Name of Holiday.
- Leave Domain Name empty to add the holiday for all domains, or type one domain.
- Click Save.
- Click Server Holiday to see the list, or Domain Holiday to see how many holidays each domain has.

Example
On the first working day of the year, Rohit adds "Republic Day" on 26/01/2027 with Domain Name empty, so it appears in every domain's office calendar. For acme.in only, he adds "Founders Day" with Domain Name set to acme.in.
Good to know
- A holiday with an empty Domain Name is a server holiday and is listed under Server Holiday. A holiday for one domain is counted under Domain Holiday.
- The holidays are added to the office calendar. The page title for a new entry is Add Holiday In Office Calendar.
Common questions
How do I change or remove a holiday?
Click Server Holiday, then use the edit or remove action on the row. After editing, click Update.
Can I change the domain of a holiday I saved?
Not while editing. Domain Name is locked when you edit. Remove the holiday and add it again for the other domain.
