Add notes to a mail on Android

Open a mail in the XgenPlus app, tap the menu and choose Add Note. Type your note in the box and tap the send button to save it. Earlier notes load above. Choose Email Notes in the menu to send all notes for that mail to yourself.

How to add notes to a mail on android

Where: Open mail › menu › Add Note

  1. Open the mail and tap the menu, then Add Note.
  2. Read any earlier notes. Pull down to refresh the list.
  3. Type your note in the box and tap the send button.
  4. To get a copy by mail, open the menu and tap Email Notes.

When to use it

Meera adds "Call vendor before Friday" to a quotation mail, so she sees the reminder next time she opens it.

Good to know

  • An empty note is not saved. The app asks you to enter a note.
  • If there are no notes, Email Notes tells you there is nothing to send.
  • Notes need an internet connection and are available for XgenPlus mailboxes.

Common questions

Can I edit or delete a note?

No. The app only lets you add notes and email them to yourself.
