Contact support from the Android app
Open the menu in the XgenPlus app and tap Help to reach Contact Us. Type your message and tap Submit. The app emails your query to XgenPlus support and adds your app and phone details so the team can help faster. Tap Video Tutorials in the toolbar to watch how-to videos.

How to contact support from the android app
Where: Menu › Help › Contact Us
- Open the menu and tap Help.
- Type your question in the message box.
- Tap Submit. You see a message that the team will get back to you.
- To watch how-to videos, tap Video Tutorials in the toolbar.
When to use it
Meera's calendar is not syncing. She opens Help, describes the problem and submits it from the app.
Good to know
- An empty message is not sent. The app asks you to enter your query.
- Contact Us needs internet and is available for XgenPlus mailboxes.
- Video Tutorials open in the YouTube app, or in your browser if YouTube is not installed.
