Hide attachments inside pictures

To hide attachments, attach between one and five files (2 MB in total at most) in Classic compose, tick Hide Attachment, enter a password in Password to Hide Attachment and click OK. The files are hidden inside randomly chosen pictures. Your domain administrator decides whether you can send hidden attachments only within your organisation or also outside it. Share the password separately, for example by phone.

Common questions

Can I send hidden attachments outside my organisation?

It depends on your account. Your domain administrator sets Allow Hide Attachment to Internal Domain (within your organisation only) or External Domain (outside your organisation as well). If it is Disallow, you cannot hide attachments.

How does the recipient open the files?

They open the mail in XgenPlus and enter the password to reveal the hidden attachment.

Why can't I see Hide Attachment?

Your administrator must allow it for your domain and for your account.
