Colour-code incoming mail automatically
To colour mail automatically, open Settings › Rules/Advance Forwarding, set a condition on the Rules tab, choose the action Set Color, pick a colour and click Save. New mail that matches the condition shows in that colour in your mail list. You can later search for mail by its colour.

- You can also colour a single mail by hand from the open mail.
- To list all mail of one colour, use Search by Color Code in Advanced Search.
