Add a Storage file link to a mail
To link a stored file, open Classic compose and click Add Storage Link. Pick a file from your Storage (Virtual Storage), or upload a new one, and add it to the mail. Recipients get a download link instead of an attachment. Keep the file in Storage, because deleting it breaks the link.
For: EveryoneWebClassic compose

When to use it
Aditi in HR mails the 40 MB employee handbook to 300 staff. Instead of attaching it, she adds a Storage link, so every mailbox gets a small mail and the handbook stays in one place.
