Get the XgenPlus mobile app
To get the XgenPlus mobile app, open the app link on your organisation's login page, or the app link your administrator shares. Install the XgenPlus app, sign in with your XgenPlus address and allow notifications. The app gives you mail, contacts, calendar, storage, chat and VideoMeet, plus new-mail and security alerts.
How to get the xgenplus mobile app
- Open your organisation's XgenPlus login page on your phone, or the app link from your administrator.
- Install the XgenPlus app on your phone from the links under Good to know.
- Sign in with your XgenPlus address and password.
- Allow notifications when the app asks.
When to use it
Suresh, a field engineer, replies to service tickets from the app and uses its Web Login code to sign in to webmail on a customer's PC without typing his password.
Good to know
- Get the app for Android or iPhone. Administrators can get the admin app for Android. All apps are listed at xgenplus.com/download.html.
- Your organisation's login page may show its own app links.
- If your phone is lost, your administrator can wipe the app's mail data remotely.
