Set your organisation contact details
To set your organisation details, open Admin console › Manage Domain(s), click the pencil next to your domain and stay on the Domain tab. In Organization Info, fill in the organisation name, contact person, email and mobile number, then click View / Save Changes and confirm.
How to set your organisation contact details
Where: Admin console › Manage Domain(s) › your domain › pencil (Edit Domain) › Domain › Organization Info
- Open Manage Domain(s) in the left menu and click the pencil icon next to your domain.
- On the Domain tab, scroll to Organization Info.
- Fill in Organization name, Contact Person, Email and Mobile.
- Click View / Save Changes.
- Check the list of changes in the Confirm box and click Save.
Options

Check what you saved
Open the Info tab of Edit Domain. The organisation name, contact person, email and mobile number are shown in the read-only list of domain details.
Example
Meera is the administrator of acme.in. She opens Edit Domain, types "Acme India Pvt Ltd" as the organisation name, adds Rohit as the contact person with his office email and mobile number, and saves. Anyone on her team can now see who to contact about the domain.
Good to know
- Saving shows a Confirm box with each changed field, its Previous Value and its Current Value. Click Save to apply or Close to go back.
- A successful save shows "Domain Successfully Updated".
- Reset puts the Domain tab back to the values last saved.
- Billing administrators can open this tab but cannot save changes.
Common questions
Are these fields compulsory?
No. All four fields can stay empty. If you fill in the email or the mobile number, it must be valid, or the form will not save.
Where do I set the portal title, website and app links?
Those settings are on the Option tab of Edit Domain, not in Organization Info.
