Good to know

  • Download a fresh example file for each domain, because some columns depend on the services your domain has.
  • To turn on attendance from the mobile app, fill in the tracking interval and the from and to times as well, or the option is not applied.
  • Only CSV files are accepted. Only one upload runs at a time.

Common questions

What happens if the new mailbox sizes add up to more than the domain's space?

The domain quota is raised automatically to fit the values in the file.

What if a column needs a service my domain does not have?

That column is skipped during the update. The other columns are still applied.
