Supported browsers for XgenPlus webmail
Yes. XgenPlus webmail supports all its features in the current versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Safari 14 or later, on Windows, Mac and Linux. Internet Explorer is not supported, because Microsoft no longer updates it. Use Edge or Chrome instead.
How to get the best results in your browser
- Open webmail in Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari 14 or later.
- Keep your browser updated to its latest version.
- Allow notifications, camera and microphone for your webmail address when the browser asks, so alerts and video meetings work.
- If a page looks wrong after an update, refresh it with Ctrl+F5, or Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac.
When to use it
Meera's office PC opens an old browser by default and some buttons do not respond. She opens her webmail in Microsoft Edge instead, and everything works.
