Find colleagues by department or place

To search by a detail, open Contacts, click More Options and, under the OR section, tick domains in Select Domain. Choose a detail in Select Key, such as department or location, type the Attribute Value and click Search. This works when your administrator has turned on the global address book.

How to find colleagues by department or place

  1. Open Contacts and click More Options.
  2. Under OR, open Select Domain and tick the domains to search.
  3. Choose a detail in Select Key and type the Attribute Value.
  4. Click Search.

When to use it

In a state government setup with separate domains for each department, Rohit finds every officer whose district is Jaipur across all departments, then mails them all at once.

Good to know

  • The details you can search, such as department or district, are the ones your administrator records for users.
  • The domains you can pick are the ones your organisation's directory covers.
  • Use Send Mail on the results to write to everyone you found.

Why don't I see Select Domain or Select Key?
