Check for meeting clashes
When you save a meeting that overlaps another meeting or a resource that is already booked, XgenPlus shows a Meeting Conflict window. Choose Save Meeting to keep it anyway, Change Time, or Check Schedule to see your month. You can also click Check Schedule in the event editor at any time.

How to check for meeting clashes
- Create or move a meeting in Calendar and click Save.
- If the Meeting Conflict window lists clashing meetings, choose Save Meeting, Change Time or Check Schedule.
- In Check Schedule, filter by Busy, Tentative or Free to find a gap.
When to use it
Meera tries to move the director's review to 11 am. XgenPlus warns that he already has a vendor call then, so she opens Check Schedule and picks 2 pm instead.
Good to know
- Events marked Free do not count as a clash.
- The check also covers rooms and other resources you added on the Meeting Resources tab.
Common questions
Does it check my attendees' calendars too?
No. The check covers your own calendar and the resources you requested. To see colleagues' time, ask them to share their calendar with you.
