See who is coming to your meeting
To see replies, open the meeting in Calendar and read the Participant Status line, which counts Yes, No, Maybe and Waiting. Click it to see each attendee's reply. Invitees answer with the Yes, Maybe or No links in the invitation mail, or from their own calendar app, and the count updates by itself.
How to see who is coming to your meeting
- Open the meeting in Calendar.
- Read the Participant Status line, for example Yes 18, No 2, Maybe 3, Waiting 7.
- Click the line to see the reply of each attendee.
When to use it
Two days before a training, Anita sees 7 people still Waiting. She sends those 7 a reminder mail and books the room for the right number.
How invitees reply
Each invitation mail has Yes, Maybe and No links and a link to more options. Clicking one records the reply and shows a confirmation such as "Yes, I will join the meeting!". The details page shows where and when the meeting is and who else has replied.
Good to know
- Waiting means the attendee has not replied yet.
- Replies are counted per attendee, so a changed answer replaces the earlier one.
