Switch to another domain

If your account was given access to other domains, type the domain name in the search box at the top of the admin console and click the search button. The domain is added under Manage Domain(s) with its own menu, and its users open. Without that access the box finds users in your own domain only.

Good to know

  • Your own domain stays in the menu. Each domain you open gets its own entry with its own items.
  • The Dashboard keeps showing your own domain.
  • Access to another domain is given by that domain's administrator. See the related page on letting another domain's admin manage yours.
  • Only a domain you have been given access to can be opened this way.

Common questions

The box only says User / Email / Mobile No. Why?

Your account has not been given access to any other domain. Ask the administrator of that domain to give you access.

Can I search by email address instead?

Yes. Type a user's email address or alias, or a mobile number, and the user's domain is added and the user is opened.
