Read the admin dashboard
The Dashboard is the first page of the XgenPlus admin console. It shows two charts for your domain, Mail Count In-Out Flow and Mail Size In-Out Flow (in MB), with totals for incoming, outgoing, internal and external mail. It opens on today's date. Type another date in DD-MM-YYYY and click the search button to see that day.

Rohit, the domain administrator of acme.in, opens the console on Monday morning. He types Friday's date in the date box and clicks the search button. External mail out is much higher than usual, so he checks the Graphical Report for that day.
Good to know
- The Dashboard icon in the sidebar and the small icon in the You are here line both bring you back to the Dashboard.
- Billing, Support and Group administrators also land on the Dashboard, but their menus are shorter. See the page on admin roles.
Common questions
Why do I see only my own domain?
The Dashboard always shows the domain you signed in with. Only a server administrator can type a different domain here.
Why are the numbers zero?
