When to use it

Rohit has 40 users in his order. He enters Acme's GSTIN so the invoice carries it, applies the promo code the sales team gave him, pays by UPI and gets the GST invoice by email within moments.

Good to know

  • Plans are billed annually per user. Monthly billing is not offered.
  • Paying for 2 to 5 years up front gives a lower rate on the whole order. The exact rate is shown at checkout. Multi-year payments are not refundable, and promo codes do not apply to them.
  • Payments are in Indian rupees.
  • After payment, you can download the invoice again from Billing in your dashboard.

Common questions

My payment failed. Was I charged?

If the page says the payment was not completed, no money was captured and you can try again. If money was deducted but the page says it is still processing, it updates by itself within a few minutes, and your dashboard also shows the status.

Do I pay GST?

Customers in India pay 18% GST, shown separately at checkout. Customers outside India pay without GST and receive an export invoice.

Where do I enter my card details?

Only on the secure Razorpay payment page. XgenPlus pages never ask for card or bank details.
