Download an invoice
To download an invoice, sign in to your dashboard, open the Billing tab and find the invoice by number, date or domain. Click Download to get the PDF. A GST invoice is also emailed after each successful payment. The same tab lists your payments with date, reference, method, amount and status.
How to download an invoice
Where: Dashboard › Billing
- Sign in to your dashboard.
- Select your domain and open the Billing tab.
- In Invoices, find the row by Invoice no., date or domain.
- Click Download.
When to use it
At year end, Acme's accountant needs every XgenPlus invoice. Rohit opens Billing, downloads the purchase, the added users and the Storage Boost invoices, and forwards them.
Good to know
- The invoice list shows the invoice number, date, domain with a short description, amount and a download button.
- Payment history shows payments by date, domain, reference, method, amount and status.
- If you are a partner, invoices for customers you manage are available from the Partner tabs.
- To raise a billing error, write to support@xgenplus.com before disputing with your bank.
Common questions
I just paid. Why is the invoice not there?
The invoice is generated after payment is confirmed. The page may say your invoice is being generated and it appears in Billing shortly. If the payment is still processing, the status updates by itself.
Is an invoice raised for Plus Packs?
Yes. A pack is a separate line on your order and invoice.
Do customers outside India get GST invoices?
Customers outside India are billed without GST and receive an export invoice.
