Print your schedule

To print your schedule, open Calendar, tick at least one calendar in the left pane and click the printer icon (Click to print calendar). Enter the From Date and To Date in DD/MM/YYYY format and confirm. A printable list of events opens, and your browser's print window lets you print it or save it as PDF.

How to print your schedule

  1. Open Calendar and tick at least one calendar in the left pane.
  2. Click the printer icon (Click to print calendar).
  3. Enter the From Date and To Date and confirm.
  4. Print from your browser's print window.

When to use it

Meera prints next week's schedule every Friday for her director, who likes to see his week on paper.

Good to know

  • The printout lists start, end, venue, organiser and who is coming for each event.
  • To give someone your events in a format other calendar apps can open, export them instead.
