How to export events as an .ics file

  1. Open Calendar and tick the calendar in the left pane.
  2. Click the export icon (Click to export calendar).
  3. Enter the from and to dates and confirm. The .ics file downloads.
  4. To export one event instead, open it and click Export.

When to use it

Anita runs a project for a client at example.in. She exports March's project meetings as an .ics file and mails it to the client's project office, who add them to their own calendars.

Good to know

  • The file name starts with your email address.
  • If there are no events in the range you chose, you see a message and nothing downloads.
  • This is a one-time copy. Later changes in XgenPlus are not sent to the other calendar.
