| Topic | How it works |
|---|---|
| Payment | Online, with a GST invoice like any other order. The pack is active once payment is received. |
| Mail Rescue and Storage Boost | The first purchase covers the days left on your plan. It then renews with your plan. To drop one at renewal, contact support. |
| Forms Plus | Paid for the term you choose and ends when the term ends. XgenPlus emails 7 days and 1 day before. |
| Discounts | Promo codes never apply. Mail Rescue and Storage Boost are 5% cheaper on a renewal of two years or more. |
| Your plan | Does not change. Each pack is a separate line on your order and invoice. |

Common questions
Which domains can buy a pack?
Domains on a paid plan. A trial domain must be upgraded first. Storage Boost is also not offered on unlimited-storage domains or custom Platinum plans.
Will I pay for a full period if I buy part-way through my plan?
No for Mail Rescue and Storage Boost. The first purchase is charged for the days left on your plan, then the pack renews with your plan. Forms Plus is paid for the term you choose.
Why can I not buy a pack right now?
Within 15 days of the renewal date you are asked to renew first. A pack also cannot be bought while a renewal payment is in progress, or while the domain is still being set up on the mail server.
