Add Mail Rescue to your domain
To switch on Mail Rescue, open Plus Packs (Add-ons) in your dashboard, choose your domain and click Switch on Mail Rescue. It covers every mailbox on the domain at ₹20 per user a month before GST. Each user then recovers their own deleted mail in the Archive of Deleted Emails screen in Webmail for two months.

Good to know
- Trash and Spam-Promo are emptied automatically after 30 days. Deleted mail is not gone for good: users recover it from Archive of Deleted Emails within the domain's retention period.
- Without Mail Rescue, that period is 7 days by default. Only the server administrator can make it longer. A domain administrator can see the value but not change it.
- After two months, deleted mail is gone for good.
- The first purchase is charged for the days left on your plan, then it renews with your plan. A renewal of two years or more is 5% cheaper. Promo codes do not apply.
- The dashboard shows how many users it is on for and how long the mail server keeps deleted mail.
- Mail Rescue recovery happens in the user's Archive of Deleted Emails screen, the same screen used for standard recovery.
- For the steps users follow, see the page on recovering mail removed from Trash.
