Common questions

Is my work saved?

Yes. The top bar shows Saving, then Saved. If a save fails it shows "Not saved. Retrying" and tries again. Press Ctrl+S to save at once.

Why can't I publish?

A list shows what to fix, for example a missing form title, a question without a title, the same option twice or no questions. Forms also cannot ask for passwords, PINs, OTPs or card details, and will not publish a form that does.

How many forms can I make?

On the free allowance, 5 new forms each calendar month. Forms Plus raises this to 100.
