Know your Forms allowances
Every mailbox on a paid XgenPlus plan gets free Forms: 5 new forms and 100 responses each month. Only people with an XgenPlus email address can answer. Answers are kept for 30 days after a form closes. Forms Plus raises these limits.

How to know your forms allowances
Where: forms.xgenplus.com › Your forms usage tiles
- Open forms.xgenplus.com and look at the tiles at the top of Your forms.
- Check Forms made this month, Received this month and Storage used.
- Open a form's card to see its response count against its limit.
When to use it
Anita has made four forms this month and her tile says 1 left until the 1st. She reuses an old form by duplicating it, then waits for the 1st before making another.

Good to know
- Forms is free with every paid XgenPlus plan. The trial does not include it.
- When a free form is closed, a banner counts down the days until its answers are deleted.

Common questions
Do the limits cover the whole company?
No. They apply to each person who signs in.
Does deleting answers free up room?
No. The limits count the answers a form has received, so a deleted answer still counts towards the form's limit and your monthly total.
When do monthly counts reset?
On the 1st. The tiles show how many you have left until then.
