Fix MCP connection problems and limits
If your client asks you to authenticate, the token is missing or wrong, so make it again with no spaces or line breaks. SCOPE_REQUIRED means a permission is off. POLICY_DENIED means the agent password is disabled or expired. RATE_LIMITED means too many requests, and the message says when to retry. A held send is waiting in Drafts.

When to use it
Rohit asks his assistant to move vendor mail to a folder and it reports SCOPE_REQUIRED. He turns on Move email for his agent password and asks again ten seconds later. It works.
