Use the partner dashboard
After signing in, open the Partner group in the dashboard. Overview shows your credit balance, commission accrued and settled, the domains you earn on and your referral link. Customers, Commission, Partner Kit and Account hold your customers, claims, sales material and payout details.
How to use the partner dashboard
Where: Dashboard › Partner group › Overview
- Sign in on the partner sign-in page.
- In the left menu, open the Partner group.
- Read Overview: balance, commission, slab and your referral link.
- Open Customers, Commission, Partner Kit or Account as needed.
When to use it
Sunil wants to know how close he is to the 17% slab. He opens Overview, sees the commission ladder and the number of domains that count, and copies his referral link for a new client.
The partner tabs

Good to know
- Partners resell XgenPlus and use their own partner dashboard on xgenplus.com. A partner has no role inside the mail product itself.
- Changes to your legal name, PAN or GSTIN are checked by the XgenPlus sales team before they apply.
- Changing your payout bank account is emailed to you and verified before the next payment.
- Some Partner Kit parts unlock after you reach a number of paid customers. The kit shows your progress.
- If you are a partner without a GST number, there is no credit balance to top up.
Common questions
What is in the Partner Kit?
A welcome letter, a nine-slide sales presentation, competitive battlecards, a pricing strategy sheet, migration guidance, a certification test and the Authorized Partner badge with its terms, verification link and website embed snippet.
How does certification work?
It has twenty questions on the product, DNS setup, the programme and billing rules. The pass mark is 16. It is free, with six attempts a day, and a pass issues a numbered certificate.
Can I use the partner badge freely?
Accept the Partner Mark Terms of Use first. Use the badge as supplied, next to your own brand, and stop using it when your partner status is not active.
