# Collaboration features in XgenPlus

XgenPlus collaboration features let you share Word, Excel and PowerPoint files and edit them together in XgenOffice, share a Storage folder or a mail folder with colleagues, and send files as download links. You can also share calendars, chat and hold video meetings in Meet & Chat, and assign customer conversations to agents with Assignments.

## When to use it

> A project team at acme.in keeps its plan in a shared Excel file that four people edit at once, shares the Contracts folder with the whole domain, and discusses changes in Chat.

## Common questions

**Can I collaborate with people in another company or domain?**

Yes, through links. Share a document with **Anyone with the link**, or send a file as a download link with **Send link**. Adding people to a document by email works for users on your own mail server, and your administrator decides whether folders can be shared with other domains.
