# Edit your profile and contact card

To edit your profile, open **Settings › Contact Details** and change your name, date of birth, home address or office address. Each field saves when you move to the next one. Your details also form your contact card, which you can preview, download as a vCard, or show as a QR code for someone to scan.

## How to edit your profile and contact card

1. Click your profile picture, choose **Settings** and open **Contact Details**.
2. Edit your personal, home and office details. Each field saves when you leave it.
3. Click the vCard preview to check or download your card.
4. Click the QR icon to show your card as a QR code.

## When to use it

> At a trade fair, Manoj opens **Contact Details** on his laptop and shows the QR code. A buyer scans it and has his full card in her phone contacts in seconds.

## Options

## Good to know

- Your administrator can hide this section. If it is missing, ask them to update your details.
- The name shown on mail you send is set separately as your display name.

## Common questions

**Why am I asked for a verification code?**

The first change of the day can ask for a one-time code to confirm it is you. Enter the code to continue.
