# Run server statistics reports

To run a statistics report, open **Reports › Reports** and stay on the **Statistics** tab. ## Example

> At the end of the quarter, Meera chooses **New Domain Created** with **Current year** to list every domain set up by her team this year. She then switches to **No of User Expired** for acme.in and sends the expiry list to the account manager.

## Good to know

- The same page has more tabs: **Merge Account**, **Archive** and **Notification**. Each has its own page.
- Results are split into pages, with page links under the table.
- Billing administrators see a shorter list of search types for their own domain.

## Common questions

**Why is the Domain or User box greyed out?**

Each search type uses only some boxes. Domain is available for New User Created, No of User Expired and No of Alias. User is available for No of Mails, Show Tracking and Spammer.

**What do codes like A, D and SA mean in the results?**

A line above the filters explains them: A is Active, D is De Active, BA Billing Administrator, DA Domain Administrator, F Full, O Owner, R Restricted, SA Server Administrator, U User, GA Group Administrator, AU Assignment User and SU Support Administrator.
