# Report on merged accounts

To see which accounts were merged, open **Reports › Reports** and click the **Merge Account** tab. Choose **Current Date**, **Current Month** or **Current Year**, or type a source and target email address, then click **Generate Report**. The table shows when each merge happened and how many mails moved.

## How to report on merged accounts

1. Open **Reports › Reports** and click the **Merge Account** tab.
2. Choose **Current Date**, **Current Month** or **Current Year**, or type a **Source Email Address** and a **Target Email Address**.
3. Click **Generate Report**.
4. Read the table of merges.

## Fields and buttons

| Control | What it does | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Period drop-down | **--Select--**, **Current Date**, **Current Month** or **Current Year**. Choosing a period clears the two address boxes. | **--Select--** |
| **Source Email Address** | The mailbox the mail was merged from. Use it alone, or with the target. | Empty |
| **Target Email Address** | The mailbox the mail was merged into. Use it alone, or with the source. | Empty |
| **Generate Report** | Shows the merges that match. If you choose nothing, you are asked to select one option. Addresses must be valid email addresses. | |

## Columns

| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| **From Email Address** / **To Email Address** | The source and target mailboxes. |
| **Merge Date** | When the merge was done. |
| **No of Folders** / **No of Mails** | How much was merged. |
| **Total Size(MB)** | Size of the merged mail. |
| **IP Address** / **Browser** | The IP address and browser recorded for the merge. |

## Example

> Rohit hears that mail from meera@acme.in appeared in a colleague's mailbox. He opens **Merge Account**, types meera@acme.in as the source and clicks **Generate Report**. The table shows the target mailbox, when the merge ran, and the IP address recorded for it.

## Good to know

- This page only reports. It does not merge accounts.
- Billing administrators see the same tab, limited to their own domain.
