# Sign in to your dashboard

To open your dashboard, go to xgenplus.com and click **Sign in**. Enter your domain email or mobile number and your password, then click **Login**. Forgot the password? Choose **Sign in with a one-time code instead** and we send a code to your email and WhatsApp. Your dashboard password is the same as your mail password.

## How to sign in to your dashboard

1. Open xgenplus.com and click **Sign in**.
2. Type your **Domain email or mobile number**.
3. Type your **Password** and click **Login**.
4. Or click **Sign in with a one-time code instead**, choose to get the code, enter it and click **Verify code & sign in**.

## When to use it

> Anita forgets the administrator password a week after the purchase. She chooses the one-time code option, receives the code, signs in and opens the **Billing** tab to download the invoice.

## Good to know

- You can sign in with a domain email address or with the mobile number saved on your account.
- If you leave the dashboard by clicking the XgenPlus logo, you are signed out. Sign in again whenever you need it.
- Press the shortcut shown in the **Bookmark this page** prompt to save the dashboard for next time.

## Common questions

**Is there a separate dashboard password?**

No. The dashboard uses the password of your mail account. To change it, change your mail password and the new one works on the dashboard too.

**I do not have an account yet.**

Choose **Create account** on the sign-in page to start a purchase.

**Where do partners sign in?**

Partners use the separate partner sign-in, linked from the same page.
