# Find your way around the dashboard

The customer dashboard on xgenplus.com has a Manage group with Domains, DNS & Verification, Users, Subscriptions and Plus Packs, and an Account group with Billing, Profile, Password and Activity. Pick a domain at the top and every tab shows that domain. Partners also see a Partner group.

## How to find your way around the dashboard

1. Sign in to the dashboard.
2. Use **Select a domain** at the top to choose the domain you want to work on.
3. Open a tab from the left menu.
4. Use the summary at the top to spot anything that **Needs attention**.

## When to use it

> Rohit signs in the day after the purchase. The summary says one domain is waiting for verification. He opens DNS & Verification, finishes the check and then looks at Subscriptions to confirm what Acme has bought.

## The tabs

| Group | Tab | What it is for |

| Manage | **Domains** | All your domains with status, users, storage, the date to verify by or renew on, and buttons to **Manage**, **Renew Now** or **Pay Invoice**. **Add a domain** starts a new one. |
| Manage | **DNS & Verification** | Ownership proof, mail records and setup progress. |
| Manage | **Users** | Users bought, storage quota, expiry date, and **Buy more users**. |
| Manage | **Subscriptions** | Every order for the domain with its plans, users and any multi-year discount. |
| Manage | **Plus Packs (Add-ons)** | Mail Rescue, Storage Boost and Forms Plus. |
| Account | **Billing** | Invoices to download and payment history. |
| Account | **Profile** | Your name, mobile number and recovery email. |
| Account | **Password** | How your sign-in password works. |
| Account | **Activity** | A list of orders, renewals and messages sent to you, such as codes and invoices, with filters. |

## Good to know

- The summary tiles show Domains, Total users, Pooled storage and Subscriptions, plus domains that need attention and renewals coming soon.
- Choose **Switch colour theme** to move between light, dark and system colours.

## Common questions

**What is the difference between this dashboard and the admin console?**

The dashboard is where you buy, renew, verify and pay. The admin console is where you create mailboxes, groups and policies. Mailboxes other than the administrator are created in the admin console.
