# Buy Forms Plus for your team

To buy Forms Plus, open **Plus Packs (Add-ons)** in your dashboard, select your domain and type the mailbox names that should get it. Choose 1, 3, 6 or 12 months and click **Pay and activate**. It starts when payment is received. Prices run from ₹99 per user a month before GST.

## How to buy Forms Plus for your team

1. Open **Plus Packs (Add-ons)** and select your domain.
2. Under **Email addresses that get Forms Plus**, type a mailbox name and press Enter. The domain is added for you.
3. Under **For how long**, choose **1 month**, **3 months**, **6 months** or **12 months**.
4. Check the total per user for the term.
5. Click **Pay and activate**.

## When to use it

> Anita runs events for Example Ltd and needs public signup forms. The admin buys Forms Plus for her mailbox for 6 months. She then lets anyone with the link answer, without signing in.

## What it costs

Price per user (email address) a month, plus 18% GST, paid up front for the whole term.

## Good to know

- It starts when your payment is received and works while the domain is active.
- Promo codes and further discounts do not apply.
- After it is active, the dashboard shows **Forms Plus is active for** the people with the end date.
- Only the domain admin buys it. People sign in to Forms as usual.

## Common questions

**Can I give Forms Plus to a mailbox on another domain?**

No. Forms Plus is only for mailboxes of the domain you selected.

**What if I buy again before it ends?**

Buying again adds time after the current end date.

**What happens when the term ends?**

Forms Plus simply ends, and XgenPlus emails the person 7 days and 1 day before.
