# Buy a plan for your domain

To buy XgenPlus, open the buy page on xgenplus.com and choose a plan. Create your account, add your domain and administrator login, set how many users you want on each plan, pay online and finish domain verification. The setup shows six steps: Account, Plan, Domain, Customize, Payment and Verify & DNS.

## How to buy a plan for your domain

1. Open the buy page and choose a plan, or **Contact our sales team** for a custom plan.
2. Create your account and confirm the code.
3. Choose **I have a domain** and type your domain name. Create the administrator email and password.
4. Set the number of users on each plan.
5. Review the order, add a promo code if you have one, and pay.
6. Verify your domain and add the email DNS records, or choose **Verify later**.

## When to use it

> Meera is moving acme.in from another provider. She picks a plan, creates the account, adds acme.in with admin@acme.in as the administrator login, buys 40 mailboxes and pays by UPI. She verifies ownership the same evening and points the mail records the next morning.

## The six steps

## Good to know

- Your **Administrator email** and password are what you use to sign in to the dashboard. The login is activated once domain ownership is verified.
- A domain already used by another account cannot be added.
- XGEN Enterprise Pro is sold with help from the sales team, and XGEN Platinum is custom.
- Picking a new plan after setup has started restarts the order.

## Common questions

**Can I buy a new domain name here?**

The buy page sends you to GoDIL.in, which supports full IDN and EAI domains. Register the domain there, then come back and choose **I have a domain**.

**Why does it warn me about www?**

Email addresses on a domain usually do not start with www. If your domain is example.in, use that. Keep www only if you really want email on the www sub-domain, which is rare.

**Can I finish verification later?**

Yes. Choose **Verify later** and complete it from your dashboard within 7 days.
