# Apply to the Partner Program

To become a partner, fill in the partner enquiry form on the Partner Program page of xgenplus.com with your business details and PAN. The XgenPlus Partner Team contacts you, you sign the agreement and set a password, and then you sign in to your partner dashboard with your email and that password.

## How to apply to the Partner Program

1. Open the Partner Program page and go to **Become an XgenPlus partner**.
2. Fill in your name, company, PAN, email, mobile, business type and message. Add your GSTIN if you are GST-registered.
3. Tick the consent to be contacted and click **Submit**.
4. Talk to the Partner Team, sign the Partnership Agreement and complete onboarding.
5. Use the link you receive to set your password, then sign in with your email on **Partner sign in**.

## When to use it

> Sunil runs an IT services firm in Pune and manages mail for 15 small clients. He applies as a reseller, signs the agreement and starts adding his clients from the partner dashboard.

## What a partner gets

| Commission | 15% on 1 to 3 active domains, 17% on 4 to 6 and 20% on 7 or more, on the first order, added users and every renewal. The customer always pays list price. |

## Good to know

- Partners resell XgenPlus and use their own partner dashboard on xgenplus.com. A partner has no role inside the mail product itself.
- Partners also get a referral link. Purchases made through it are credited to the partner account.
- PAN is needed for commission payouts, because tax is deducted at source.
- The programme is open to people who already sell other email services.

## Common questions

**Do I need a GST number?**

No. With a GST number XgenPlus invoices you in your own name. Without one, XgenPlus bills your customers directly and you earn commission on each sale. You do not buy or prepay customer orders.

**Is there a joining fee or sales target?**

There is no joining fee, no seat minimum, no sales target and no credit check. The application takes about ten minutes and is reviewed within one business day.

**I forgot my partner password.**

On the partner sign-in page choose **Forgot password?**, enter your partner email and we send a reset link if it matches an account.
