# Switch between accounts

Open the menu and tap your account name at the top to see all accounts, then tap the one you want. Each account has its own colour and unread count. You can keep up to 10 accounts, and turn on Unified Inbox to read mail from all of them in one list.

## How to switch between accounts

1. Open the menu by swiping from the left or tapping the menu icon.
2. Tap the account header (the arrow beside your name).
3. Tap the account you want.
4. To read all accounts together, tap **Unified Inbox** in the menu.

## When to use it

> Meera uses her office XgenPlus mailbox and a personal Gmail. She taps the header to switch, or opens **Unified Inbox** to see both at a glance.

## Options

| Item | What it does |
|---|---|
| Account header | Shows name, address, picture and a switcher arrow. |
| **Add New Account** | Starts account setup at the bottom of the list. |
| **Unified Inbox** | One list for the inboxes of all accounts. Turn it on under display settings. |
| Colour chip and unread badge | Help you tell accounts apart. |

## Good to know

- The account you pick moves to the top. The menu is rebuilt for it, so items that only apply to XgenPlus accounts appear or disappear.
- Pull down in the menu to refresh the selected account, or all accounts when the account list is open.
- Unified Inbox is off by default and does not show if you have only one account.
- You can reorder accounts under **Settings** by dragging them.
