# Snooze a mail on Android

Open the mail in the XgenPlus app and tap the clock icon. Pick a date, then a time in the future. The mail leaves your folder and waits in the Snoozed folder until that time. To change it, open Snoozed, open the mail, tap the clock icon and choose Un-Snooze or Re-Snooze.

## How to snooze a mail on Android

1. Open the mail you want to deal with later.
2. Tap the clock icon (**Snooze**) in the toolbar.
3. Pick a date, then a time. A time in the past is refused.
4. Wait for **Mail Snoozed successfully**. The mail leaves the folder.
5. To change it later, open **Snoozed** from the menu, open the mail and tap the clock icon. Choose **Un-Snooze** or **Re-Snooze**.

## When to use it

> An invoice reaches Anita on Friday evening. She snoozes it to Monday 9:00 am so it comes back to the top of her inbox when she needs it.

## Options

| **Re-Snooze** | Lets you pick a new date and time. |

## Good to know

- Snooze needs an internet connection.
- A notification confirms the time the mail will return.
- The **Snoozed** folder is created by XgenPlus and is listed with your main folders.

## Common questions

**Why do I not see the clock icon?**

Snooze works only on XgenPlus mailboxes. It is also not shown for mail in Outbox.
